Our signature dishes are Guizhou Red Sour Soup Fish Rice Noodles, Hunan Style Braised Beef Brisket Noodles and Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup Noodles. We select juicy tomatoes from farms and ferment them naturally for a full month to brew a rich, red, and deeply aromatic red sour soup base for the Guizhou Red Sour Soup Fish Rice Noodles; the signature beef brisket of Hunan Style Braised Beef Brisket Noodles is slow-cooked for a long time using a secret recipe, resulting in a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture with a rich, savory flavor; the broth of Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup Noodles blends the natural essence of cordyceps flowers, the chewiness of wood ear mushrooms, and the rich aroma of shiitake mushrooms.

“Really nice small restaurant. Owners are really friendly and welcoming. I love the noodles, very flavorful and you can tell all the dishes are hand made from ingredients. Price is very reasonable as well. The owner has provided many appetizers for tasting as well. Too bad I forgot to take photos of the noodles!”

“This place feels more like a friendly neighborhood spot than a typical restaurant. The sour fish rice noodles had a naturally balanced sourness—not sharp or overwhelming. The chicken soup was hearty with plenty of ingredients, yet still light and fragrant. And the sweet rice wine with egg was a real surprise. It was clean, gently sweet, and very refreshing.”
